Why schedule sync matters
Manually updating your stream schedule in three different places gets old fast. You change one thing on Twitch, forget Discord, then remember too late that your Google Calendar is still wrong. EzClap removes that mess by giving you one central place to manage your stream schedule.

Twitch schedule sync
At the core of the scheduling system is Twitch sync.
When you create or edit stream events on EzClap's schedule calendar, your Twitch schedule updates automatically to match. You do not need to manage Twitch scheduling separately — your Twitch page always reflects your current plan without extra admin work before every stream.
Discord integration
Discord integration is optional, but for many streamers it is one of the most useful parts of the system.
If your community hangs out in Discord, connect the EzClap bot to your server and enable sync to discord events. EzClap then auto-creates and updates Discord Scheduled Events from your schedule — fewer manual announcements and less chance of forgetting to update people.
Two things to know:
- The bot's role needs the Manage Events permission in your server. The Connect Discord button requests it automatically — keep all permissions checked when authorizing.
- You can optionally enable event art, so your Discord events get the cover art of the game category you scheduled.
Google Calendar integration
If you already organize your life through Google Calendar, this makes scheduling even easier.
Connect your Google account on the schedule page, enable sync, and pick a source calendar. From then on, events from that calendar appear on EzClap — and flow onward to Twitch and Discord.
That means if you need to shift a stream, delay a session, or adjust plans from your phone, you just move the event in Google Calendar and EzClap picks up the change and keeps everything else in sync.
While Google sync is enabled, the EzClap calendar becomes read-only and managed by Google — Google Calendar is the source of truth, and you make all changes there.
How to format your Google events
- Event title = your stream title.
- Location field = the game category (e.g. "Valorant"). EzClap resolves it against Twitch's category search, which also ensures the correct game art shows up on Discord events. If the location is empty, it falls back to "Just Chatting."
